You can return goods within 14 days of delivery. After collection, refunds are processed within 1-7working days. A collection charge of £89.00 applies unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property. Couriers are not authorized to take items further unless done as a goodwill gesture, and the company is not liable for risks beyond the communal door. Delivery times may vary during festive periods and holidays; contact our delivery team for more details.

Goods are delivered flat pack for home assembly. We comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000.

DELIVERIES TO OFF-SHORE LOCATIONS:

We do not currently deliver to off-shore locations due to liability issues. All deliveries to off-shore islands are uninsured, and liability is with the buyer. Call us for more information.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to return an item, we can arrange collection for £89, deducted from your refund, or you can return the item yourself. Items must be in original packaging and new condition. Assembled goods cannot be returned. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receipt, taking up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS:

If any parts are missing, we will send replacements as soon as possible. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and new condition. Assembled goods and items not in original packaging cannot be returned. Photographic evidence may be required for replacements.

RETURN POLICY:

You can return goods within 14 days of purchase. If you change your mind and wish to return a sofa, email us for guidance on the returns process. If your sofa is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns made after 14 days will include collection charges. If your sofa doesn’t fit through your door or if you ordered the wrong size, you will be charged for collection. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
