Shipping policy

HHI Sofa will informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of order. Usually we deliver sofa with in 3 to 5 working days. Once your order is confirmed as available for delivery we will contact you to agree definite arrangements for the date of delivery. Where possible we will deliver on the first available van in your area as we are unable to store your furniture. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery date is accurate, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your furniture may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

If you choose to pay by one of the interest free credit options the approximate delivery time will start once we have received your signed finance documents and sales contract, so please, return this paperwork as soon as possible.

Your swatch box should be despatched in the next day or two, and we’ll contact you by email to let you know that your swatch box is on its way. We would also like to keep in touch with you in the future. However, if you only want to know that your swatch box has been despatched, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the same email.

If you wish your order to be delivered to the remote areas including highlands of Scotland we will be happy to provide you with a personal delivery quotation.

• Free Delivery to Mainland UK (Extra Delivery Charges to NI, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands)
• Delivery of sofa will be to choice of room.
• Please contact us for the delivery charges if you are from a remote area. Moreover, courier company charges extra for remote and long distance postcodes.
• Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any Damage to your property whilst delivering your goods or any damage to the Purchase on site.
• 3 to 5 Working Days Free Delivery.

Note: We Don’t Deliver sofa to the following postcodes.

If you wish to collect sofa from our warehouse give us 48 hours. Also contact us before collection and collecting can be only done from Factory of HHI Sofa.

Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or Maestro, Klarna, Paypal, and Clear Payment.

Payments can be made electronically by bank transfer, details will be provided on request. HHI Sofa do not accept any responsibility for cash sent in the post and strongly recommend that you do NOT use this method of payment.
