Delivery Policy:
- Free Delivery to Mainland UK.
- Delivery of Plush Fabric Sofas will be at the door steps.
- Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any Damage to your property whilst delivering your good.
- If any goods are received with any parts missing, We’ll send out a replacement as soon as possible.
- Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
- We’ll call you one day before the delivery, If you’re agreed for the delivery date and if you still miss your delivery then you’ll charged £49 to re-plain your delivery day.
- If you’re living in Flat or apartment then We only deliver if you’ve the lift otherwise we can drop off the items downstairs.
- We also do next day and 2nd day delivery and It’ll be charged extra.
- Charges for Next day delivery will be £189, You’ll get next day delivery when you’ll place your order before 12 O’ Clock.
- Charges for 2nd day delivery will be £149, You’ll get 2nd day delivery when you’ll place your order before 12 O’ Clock.
Free Delivery to UK Mainland:
Note: We will charge extra delivery charges for following post codes:
- AB, PH, PA, DD, £99 delivery charges.
- TR, TA, DT, PL, DG, LD, EX, TQ, £79 delivery charges.
Note: We Don’t Deliver Plush Fabric Sofas to the following postcodes.
- We don’t deliver to BT, KW, IV.
- Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight or any Island in UK.
VIEW AND SELF COLLECTION:
If you wish to collect the Plush Fabric Sofas from our warehouse give us 48 hours. Also contact us before and collection can be only done from Factory of HHI Sofa.
RETURN POLICY :
- Goods can be return within 14 days of purchase.
- Please contact us via email and we will advise you on the returns process.
- In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damage goods then We will offer a replacement Free of charge.
- If you want to return the item without any reason, you’ve to pay £79 collection charges.
- Also if your sofas don’t go through your door or you ordered the wrong size sofa then we’ll also charge £79 delivery charges.
- Returns will only accept when the item is in the original packaging and original condition.
